Wednesday Evening 15th January Double Waters

Just three of us for the walk tonight from Walredon.  A very heavy shower just before we started but the forecast was for a clear evening and that is exactly what happend.  A bright moon for all of the walk.

We took the track down to Double Waters and the then the steep bit up the other side...

 ...to Berra Tor for a cuppa.  There is so much water that the moor was slippery almost everywhere.

Then through the woods to the cycle path and over Gem Bridge before going down to Grenofen bridge and the second steep bit back up to Walredon.  With only three of us the walk was much faster than usual!

On to the very quiet Halfway House.
