From Lane End we walked up to the leat which rather looked like someone had pulled the plug out of it. This was surprising given the amount of rain recently. This leat feeds the Wheal Jewell reservoir and I suspect that is full so there is no need for the feed from this leat. We followed the leat around towards White Hill.
Looking across to Sharp Tor and Hare Tor.
We took the direct route up to Sharp Tor (
220).
From Sharp Tor with Chat Tor in the distance. The group went over to Hare Tor and Mike and I proceeded....
...to Chat Tor (
221) where Mike insisted that I got on top.
With the zoom lens I could see the others on Hare Tor. There next stop was Tavy Cleave Tor and we went directly there to meet them.
The final tor the the evening was Ger Tor.
