...the little cafe at Long Ash for a tea break.
Continuing across the moor....
To the steep track down to...
...Grenofen bridge and the River Walkham.
Then up to the cycle path and the Grenofen Tunnel and on to...
...the Whitchurch Inn for lunch.
We decided to take the alternative route back to Horrabridge - through the fields....
...and some very muddy patches...
...very unusually for sheep they ran towards us and not away - but we didn't have any food for them.
Over to the lane as the horse riders go past...
...to one the old mining areas above Horrabridge.
The view across the valley to home....
...and finally back into the village.
