A cool clear evening. Leaving Long Ash and following the wall around to Berra Tor. Lots of mud in places. Kevin climbed up on to the Tor - the plan had been to get his two dogs here for the photo but that didn't work. Jon followed.
Then around and down towards Double Waters - Jon, Mike and Kevin took the indirect route through the adit and we stopped in the fishermen's shelter by the river for refreshment. Someone had spent time building this lovely little tower. We continued to Double Waters and followed the river back to Grenofen taking the steep rocky track back up to the moor.
